§ 114.05 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   A license may be revoked by the Town Manager after notice and hearing for a violation of this chapter, or for fraud, misrepresentation, or false statements made in a license application. Notice of a hearing will be given in writing, will set forth the grounds of the complaint and time and place of the hearing, and will be sent at least ten days before the date of hearing. A violation of this chapter may also result in the town’s refusal to renew a license.
