§ 96.51 LICENSE AND RIDER FEES.
   All fees for liquor licenses and riders provided in this chapter shall be paid for a full year regardless of when the application for such license and/or rider is approved. There shall be no prorating of liquor license and rider fees. The fee for each class of license and rider shall be as follows:
   (A)   Licenses.
      Class A - On-premises consumption: $1,500.
      Class AA - Hotel: $900.
      Class B - Restaurant beer & wine: $1,000.
      Class BW - Micro-brewery: $1,200.
      Class C - Casino: $5,000.
      Class E - Clubs: $1,100.
      Class F - Stadium: $200.
      Class GC - Municipal golf course: $0.
      Class P - Package: $1,500.
      Class PG - Grocery and drug store: $1,500.
      Class Q - Civic Center: $125.
      Class R - Restaurant: $1,500.
      Class V - Theater: $600.
      Class TEMP-C: $50 for each day of event.
      Class TEMP-N: $25 for an individual or not-for-profit for each day of event; $50 for a for-profit entity for each day of event.
      Class Truck stop: $1,000.
      Class VGH - Video gaming hall: $2,100.
   (B)   Riders.
      Outdoor café rider: $300.
      Package rider: $300.
      Pick-up and delivery rider: $300.
      Seasonal performance rider: $300.
      Video gaming rider: $600.
   (C)   Adoption of fee schedule. In the event that the City Council adopts a city fee schedule that includes fees for liquor licenses and/or riders, the fees provided in such fee schedule, as may be amended from time to time, shall supersede the fees provided in this § 96.51.
