§ 132.62 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   (A)   Defacement. It shall be unlawful for any person to apply graffiti to any natural or man-made surface on any city-owned property or, without the permission of the owner or occupant, on any property not owned by the city.
   (B)   Possession of graffiti implements. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 to possess any graffiti implement in or upon any public or private property. The provisions of this subsection shall not apply to the possession of broad- tipped markers by a minor attending or traveling to or from a school at which the minor in participating in a class at the school that formally requires the possession of broad-tipped markers.
   (C)   Assisting or encouraging violations. It shall be unlawful for any person to assist, aid, abet, allow, permit or encourage another to violate the provisions of this subchapter by words, overt act, failure to act, or by the lack of supervision and control over minors.
