No person shall operate a bed and breakfast establishment or vacation rental without first having obtained a license from the city and paying an annual license fee of $50 in addition to other required fees. All annual licenses expire May 1 of each year and the fee shall not be prorated for shorter terms. Licenses must be obtained by following the procedures described herein.
