In addition to any other penalty provided in this chapter or by law, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $150 nor more than $1,500 for each offense. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to any fine imposed hereunder, the offender shall pay all of the costs and fees incurred by the city in prosecuting the violation(s), which shall include, but not be limited to: the costs associated with an administrative adjudication or court proceeding; and, reasonable attorney's fees.
