§ 100.30 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   No part of any street or sidewalk within the corporate limits of the City shall be occupied by any person for use in connection with the construction, alteration, or repair of any building except as limited, regulated, and prescribed in §§ 100.30 through 100.34.
