§ 93.08 GARBAGE TO BE PLACED IN RECEPTACLES.
   (A)   Every owner of a business, firm, corporation, hotel, restaurant, or multi-family dwelling structure of more than three units shall provide an adequate number of garbage receptacles to sufficiently accommodate the amount of garbage, refuse, rubbish and solid waste generated by the premises and shall maintain the receptacles in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition.
   (B)   Except as may otherwise be provided in § 93.10 or § 52.07, no garbage, refuse, rubbish or solid waste shall be placed out of doors anywhere in the City unless it is securely contained inside a garbage receptacle.
   (C)   All glass, all items with sharp corners, and all sharp objects shall be placed inside a garbage receptacle and securely wrapped to prevent damage to the receptacle and to prevent injury to any person handling the receptacle.
