§ 93.10 COMMERCIAL AND MULTI-UNIT GARBAGE, REFUSE, RUBBISH AND SOLID WASTE COLLECTION.
   All garbage, refuse, solid waste and rubbish originating at multi-family dwelling structures of more than three units and commercial premises shall be collected by duly licensed private collectors.
