§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or any order made pursuant to this chapter, or who builds in violation of any detailed statement of specifications of plans submitted and approved or any certificate or permit issued and from which no appeal has been taken, or who fails to comply with an order as affirmed or modified by the fire chief or by a court of competent jurisdiction within the time fixed shall be fined as indicated below.
      (1)   For a violation of §§ 92.08(D) and 92.14(A):
            (a)   First offense - $100.
            (b)   Each subsequent offense - not less than $200 nor more than $1,000.
      (2)   For a violation of § 92.07 - not less than $250 nor more than $1,000 for each offense.
      (3)   For a violation of all other provisions of this chapter - not less than $150 nor more than $1,000 for each offense.
      (4)   In addition to any fines imposed, the offender shall be ordered to pay all of the costs associated with the administrative adjudication proceeding or court proceeding, and reasonable attorney fees incurred in enforcement of the provisions of the chapter.
   (B)   Prosecution under this chapter shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions. Repeated violations of this chapter shall be punishable by cancellation of any license and any outstanding permits on which work has not been completed.
