§ 92.14 MOTOR VEHICLE PARKING AND STORAGE.
   (A)   No motor vehicle shall be stored or parked on any portion of a street or sidewalk in a manner which may interfere with the operations of the fire division, unless parking is designated for such location.
   (B)    All gasoline shall be drained from the gasoline reservoirs of all motor vehicles or other self-propelled vehicles stored for continuous periods of more than 60 days, or if the automobiles or vehicles are not in a state which would allow them to be removed from the premises under their own power.
   (C)    It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain any lot, premise, or building where junk, used car parts, auto wrecks, secondhand or used materials are stored or kept in a manner which is a menace to life and property, liable to start or spread fire, or in any way unnecessarily hinder the combating or extinguishing of any fire in or on the lot, premise, or building.
   (D)    The entire premises comprising any motor vehicle wrecking lot or yard shall be surrounded with a fence not less than 8 feet in height, except where the lot or premises adjoins a brick, tile, or masonry wall.
