§ 92.17 FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS; FIRE LIMITS.
   (A)   The storage of explosives, blasting agents, and Class I liquids in above- ground tanks outside of buildings and the construction of bulk plants is prohibited in all areas of the city except those areas zoned “I-2" under the zoning code.
   (B)   Except in an emergency, no flammable liquid or liquefied gas tank vehicle shall be left unattended on any street, highway, avenue, or alley. During actual discharge of liquids or gas, some responsible person shall be present at the vehicle.
   (C)   Tank vehicles shall not be parked or garaged in any building other than those specifically approved for this use by the bureau.
   (D)   Tank vehicles parked off the street shall not be parked closer than 50 feet from any building used for assembly, institutional, or residential occupancy.

   (E)   Anyone who willfully, or by carelessness or negligence, dumps or spills any flammable liquid on any lot, drive, public way, or sewer, which, in the opinion of the fire chief, creates a dangerous or hazardous condition shall be in violation of this chapter and shall be fined in accordance with § 92.99.
