§ 92.15 CARELESS USE OF CIGARETTES AND LIGHTERS.
   No person shall by careless or intentional use of flame-producing devices or by smoking or attempting to light or smoke cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or tobacco or in a careless, reckless, or negligent manner, whether willfully or wantonly, set fire to any motor vehicle or part thereof, bedding, furniture, curtains, drapes, house, or any household fittings or any parts of any building, or open space so as to endanger life or property in any way.
