§ 92.12 FIRE ESCAPES.
   All fire escapes shall be designed and tested in accordance with Life Safety Code referred to in § 92.01 of this chapter and maintained in safe condition. At least every five years, the owner or lessee of every building equipped with an outside fire escape shall file, with the bureau, a certified report by a structural engineer, attesting that the fire escape is structurally safe for the load and use for which it was designed.
