§ 76.999 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates or aids and abets in the violation of any section of this chapter shall be:
   (A)    Fined not less than $25 or more than $500, and
   (B)    Required by the court to make a disposition on the abandoned or unclaimed vehicle.
