§ 76.011 DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS OF SALE OF UNCLAIMED VEHICLES.
   When a vehicle located within the corporate limits of the city is towed away and disposed of as set forth in this chapter, the proceeds of the public sale or disposition, after the deduction of reasonable towing, storage, and processing charges incurred if a private individual or business is employed, shall be deposited in the treasury of the city.
