§ 74.136 FEES FOR ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS OR FIELD INVESTIGATIONS.
   Engineering inspections or field investigations will be made by the city engineer and the following fees shall be paid by the applicant: for normal field investigations or for special engineering investigations requiring assessment of work to be done on the highway and final inspection, $40 per hour.
