(A) It shall be unlawful for any truck carrying gasoline or other volatile materials or explosives to enter the restricted district as defined in Chapter 77, Schedule IX, between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. every day of the week except Mondays. On Mondays, no such truck shall enter the restricted district between 11:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
(B) During the aforementioned hours that trucks carrying gasoline or other volatile materials or explosives are permitted to enter the restricted district, no such truck shall enter or travel upon any street within the restricted district unless the truck is to make a delivery within the restricted district and then no such truck shall be allowed to move upon Main or Vermilion Streets within the restricted district.
