§ 74.033 NUMBER PLATE.
   The number plate at the back of the motor vehicle shall be firmly attached to the vehicle so that it will not swing loosely, and shall be so lighted that the numbers of the plate shall be plainly legible and intelligible at a distance of 50 feet.
