(A) There are established four parking spaces along the north portion and four parking spaces along the east portion of the northeast quadrant of Redden Square.
(B) The parking spaces in the northeast quadrant of Redden Square are free, reserved and set aside for the following public officials only:
(1) Four spaces for circuit judges;
(2) Three spaces for associate circuit judges; and
(3) One space for the circuit clerk.
(C) There are established six parking spaces in what is commonly known as the northwest quadrant of Redden Square. The parking spaces shall be free, reserved and set aside for use of Vermilion County pursuant to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the City.
