§ 72.033 EFFECT OF SALE OR TRANSFER ON PERMIT TAG.
   Upon the sale or transfer of a registered bicycle the holder of a permit shall surrender to the city traffic division the permit or may have the permit tag assigned to another bicycle owned by him.
