§ 72.032 ATTACHING PERMIT TAG; REMOVAL.
   Upon the issuance of a permit, the city police department shall cause a suitable tag bearing the number to be firmly attached to the frame of the bicycle in such a position as to be plainly visible. The removal of any permit tag, except by proper authority shall be a violation of this section.
