§ 72.031 PERMIT TAG REQUIRED.
   No resident owner of a bicycle having wheels 20 inches or more in diameter with tires inflated shall ride the bicycle or permit it to be ridden by others on any street or part of the street unless the bicycle has been provided with the proper permit tag as hereinafter provided.
