Trucks, other than those carrying gasoline, other volatile materials, or explosives, that make deliveries or pick up merchandise in the restricted district as described in Chapter 77, Schedule IX, shall do so as much as possible in alleys. If a business has no alley approach or loading dock, curb loading zones shall be provided. Trucks making deliveries or picking up merchandise are to use the curb loading zones when the use of alleys is impossible.
