Certain streets and alleys are designated in Chapter 77, Schedules XII and XIII for one-way vehicular traffic. It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to proceed upon these streets or alleys in the prohibited direction.

(B) Chapter 77, Schedule XIII lists the one-way alleys, the allowable direction of movement, and the limits of regulation.
