§ 71.066 THROUGH STREETS.
   (A)   Those streets and parts of streets described in Chapter 77, Schedule XI are declared to be through streets for the purpose of this section.
   (B)   Through streets are to be protected by appropriate traffic-control devices at their intersections and all vehicles shall obey any device or sign so erected.
