§ 71.063 USE OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES, COASTERS AND SIMILAR DEVICES.
   (A)   No person shall ride on, operate, or otherwise use any skateboard, roller skates, coaster or other similar device upon any street, roadway or highway within the city, except while crossing the same at a designated and marked crosswalk.
   (B)   No person shall ride on, operate, or otherwise use any bicycle, skateboard, roller skates, coaster or other similar device upon any sidewalk in the area bounded by Hazel Street on the east, Walnut Street on the west, Main Street on the south, and Harrison Street on the north.
   (C)   No person shall ride on, operate, or otherwise use any skateboard, roller skates, coaster or other similar device upon any city-owned parking lot located within the area bounded by Main, Jackson, Franklin and Seminary Streets.
   (D)   Any person riding on, operating, or otherwise using any bicycle, skateboard, roller skates, coaster or similar device shall at all times yield the right-of-way to vehicular or pedestrian traffic within the city.
   (E)   Where persons ride on, operate or otherwise use any skateboard, roller skates, coaster or similar device upon private parking lots, with permission of the owner, the owner of the private parking lot shall post a sign granting permission for the use of said items.
