§ 51.24 INDUSTRIAL DISCHARGE PERMITS.
   Each industrial user of a sewer shall not discharge materials to a sewer without having first applied for and obtained a discharge permit from the Director. Each such user presently discharging material to a sewer shall apply for and obtain such a discharge permit within 90 days from the effective date of this chapter.
