Old building sewers may be used in connection with new buildings only when they are found, on examination and testing as required by the Director, to meet all requirements of this chapter and applicable building codes effective at the time of new connection. Such connections shall constitute a new sewer tap and be subject to tap fees in accordance with § 152.05.
