§ 38.11 CONSTRUCTION OF CHAPTER.
   The right to take possession and title prior to the final judgment as prescribed in §§ 38.02 through 38.10 shall be in addition to any other right, power, or authority otherwise conferred by law, and shall not be construed as abrogating, limiting, or modifying any such other right, power, or authority.
