§ 38.06 PERSONS CONTESTING THE TAKING NOT TO BE PREJUDICED.
   Neither the petitioner nor any party interested in the property, by his taking any action authorized by §§ 38.02 through 38.05, shall be prejudiced in any way in contesting, in later stages of the proceedings, the amount to be finally ascertained to be just compensation.
