§ 36.22 INDEMNIFICATION.
   The city shall require of the hospital an undertaking satisfactory to indemnify and hold the city harmless against and from all costs and liabilities, including attorney fees, arising out of the city's ownership or financing of a project under the provisions of §§ 36.10 through 36.22.
