§ 31.14 TERMS OF OFFICE FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS.
   The terms of elected municipal officers shall commence at the first regular or special meeting of the City Council after receipt from the Board of Election Commissioners of the official election results of the regular municipal election at which the officers are elected.
