§ 10.17 RECORDATION AS PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE.
   The record and memorandum required by § 10.16 or a certified copy, shall be prima facie evidence of the contents, passage and publication or posting of ordinances. (ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 1-2-5) ('64 Code, § 1-7)
