§ 10.16 RECORDING OF ORDINANCES.
   The city clerk shall record, in a book used exclusively for that purpose, all ordinances passed by the city council. Immediately following each ordinance, the city clerk shall make a memorandum of the date of the passage of the ordinance and date of publication, where required.
