(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person found to be violating any provisions of this chapter, except § 51.14, shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
(C) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (A) above shall issued a citation and, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not exceeding $1,000 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(D) (1) Any person violating § 51.14 shall be subject to immediate arrest and criminal prosecution.
(2) Any person violating § 51.14 shall be issued a citation and, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 for each violation.
(3) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to the fines set forth above, become liable to the town for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the town by reason of such violation.
