§ 51.14  TAMPERING WITH SEWER SYSTEM PROHIBITED.
   No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment, which is a part of the municipal sewage works.
