(A) All demolition work shall be performed in a workpersonlike manner and with the least amount of noise possible. Care shall be taken to protect neighboring structures with adequate shoring and whatever else is needful to protect such structures. Adequate protection shall be provided to prevent injury to any town or public utility and the owner and/or contractor is responsible for having all underground utilities located and marked (“Call Before You Dig”).
(B) Upon completion of the permitted demolition, the applicant is responsible for clearing and cleaning all debris from the property that resulted from the demolition.
