(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person or firm or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 150.15 through 150.20 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense, plus court costs and other expenses incurred in the enforcement of the said sections, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. This penalty is in addition to any penalties provided for late applications.
