§ 73.05  OFF-ROAD VEHICLE REGISTRATION/COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW.
   An off-road vehicle shall not be operated on a town road unless it is duly registered with the state’s Department of Natural Resources and meets all of the standards requirements and regulations set forth in I.C. 14-16-1-1 et seq.
