§ 73.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   A person operating an off-road vehicle or golf cart in violation of §§ 73.01 through 73.09 shall, upon conviction, be fined an amount no less than $100, but not to exceed $2,500.
