§ 98.20 ESTABLISHMENT.

The Tree Commission established by Ord. 3-84 is hereby reconfirmed and maintained. The Tree Commission shall be composed of five citizens and residents of the village; three of the members shall be appointed by the Mayor with approval of the Council, the fourth member shall be a member of Council and the fifth member shall be the Mayor.
