(A) The village park shall open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.
(B) (1) There shall be no trespassing on park property between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
(2) There shall be no parking of vehicles in the park area between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
(C) No bicycles, motorcycles, go-carts, animals or automobiles shall be permitted on the ball diamond area. All vehicles shall stay in designated parking areas.
(D) All refuse shall be placed in designated waste containers.
(E) Special permission to use the park other than specified may be applied for through the Village Park Board.
(F) No person shall congregate with others on the sidewalk, street corner or within the parks or public grounds, with intent to provoke a breach of the peace; or whereby a breach of the peace may be occasioned by the serious annoyance to pedestrians or by threatening, insulting or abusive conduct to them; and refuse to move on when ordered by a police officer.
(G) No person shall have in his or her possession any container of beer or intoxicating liquor on the premises of any public park.

(A) There shall be, and there hereby is, established the position of Parks Program Director in and for the village. The Program Director shall receive as and for consideration for the hours that are actually worked a rate as established by ordinance.
(B) Any and all part-time or casual labor furnished by others than the Program Director shall receive an amount as set by ordinance.
(C) There is hereby established the position of Clerk of the Parks Board.
