(A) A trust fund to be known as Cemetery Trust Fund is hereby established to be carried as a trust fund, as provided in R.C. § 5705.121.
(B) An operating fund to be known as Cemetery Operating Fund is hereby established.
(C) Funds derived from the sale of lots in the cemetery shall be placed in the Cemetery Operating Fund.
(D) Funds appropriated by the Council in its annual appropriation ordinance shall be placed in the Cemetery Operating Fund. The interest of investment of funds in the Cemetery Trust Fund shall be placed in the Cemetery Operating Fund.
(E) Donations by bequest, devise or otherwise of money or other property shall be placed in whichever fund the Board of Trustees shall determine, unless otherwise directed by the donor.
