(A) There is hereby established the position of Clerk of the Cemetery Board. The Clerk shall receive a salary as established by ordinance.
(B) The Cemetery Board does hereby have the authorization to bid contracts for mowing of the cemetery and for any and all grave digging in the cemetery.
(C) The Cemetery Board shall have, and is hereby granted, the right to establish rates for grave lots for residents of the village, residents of the Township of Sugar Creek, and all other persons, for the purchase of grave lots in the cemetery of the village. The Cemetery Board shall further establish rates for burial foundations and all necessary and other usual charges for the use of the cemetery.
