§ 150.37 RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND MOBILE HOMES.
   (A)   Definitions. All definitions shall be as provided in R.C. §§ 3729.01, 4781.01, and 4501.01.
   (B)   After the effective date of this section, no mobile homes shall be permitted to locate in the municipality, except in a manufactured home park. Any mobile home that existed in the Village of Dalton prior to the effective date of this section and not located in a manufactured home park may remain in its current location, but once it is removed from its current location, a new mobile home cannot be located in its place. Additionally, no mobile home, not in a manufactured home park on the effective date of this section, shall be transported to another location in the village unless it is transported and located in a manufactured home park.
   (C)   All recreational vehicles, other than mobile homes, stored or parked within the village shall be in accordance with the following regulations:
      (1)   No recreational vehicle shall be used for living or sleeping when parked or stored on a residential lot for more than 14 days within a 30 day time period unless it is located in a recreational vehicle park.
      (2)   No more than two recreational vehicles are permitted to be located on a residential lot outside of a fully enclosed building unless they are located in a recreational vehicle park.
      (3)   Recreational vehicles, parked or stored, shall not be connected to water and sewer other than for maintenance purposes unless the recreational vehicle is located in a recreational vehicle park.
      (4)   All recreational vehicles, shall be wholly parked in a parking area or driveway, not a yard, in a manner so as to not obstruct the view of traffic. Driveways and/or parking areas must be constructed of an improved surface and shall be maintained in a good state of repair. All driveways and/or parking areas must be constructed by using standard engineering practices for the purposes of accommodating vehicular parking and ingress and egress to the property. Existing driveways and/or parking areas of gravel or similar materials may be maintained as a gravel driveway. This division (4) shall not apply to recreational vehicles that are located on a residential lot for 14 days or less in a 30 day time period.
      (5)   This section does not apply during times of emergency due to acts of nature, as determined by the Mayor.
