Any person, persons, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or any section, or who shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall assist in any violation, shall for each and every violation or noncompliance be deemed guilty of misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be fined in accordance with § 10.99 per day as long as the violation exists.
