(A) The Planning Board or Town Board of Aldermen may require street lighting on any subdivision within the corporate limits and for any major subdivision located outside the corporate limits as herein provided.
(B) The costs for the installation of any streetlights shall generally be borne by the subdivider unless otherwise approved by the Town Board of Aldermen.
(C) Unless specifically waived by either the Planning Board or Town Board of Aldermen, on any major subdivision containing over 25 lots, street lighting shall be required on every street intersection and at intervals of no greater than 300 feet.
