§ 152.051 APPROVAL PREREQUISITE TO PLAT RECORDATION.
    Pursuant to G.S. § 160D-803, no final plat of a subdivision within the jurisdiction of the town as established in § 152.004 shall be recorded by the County Deeds office until it has been approved as provided herein.
