§ 152.036 CONFLICT.

(A) All ordinances or parts of ordinances other than the town zoning ordinance, Chapter 153 of this code of ordinances, which are in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.

(B) Should the requirements of this chapter conflict with those of the town zoning ordinance, Chapter 153 of this code of ordinances, existing or hereinafter to be adopted, the more stringent requirements shall prevail.
