§ 152.014 COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING AND OTHER PLANS REQUIRED.

(A) Proposed subdivisions must comply in all respects with the requirements of any zoning ordinance in effect in the area to be subdivided, and any other pertinent plans or ordinances officially adopted by the Town Board of Aldermen.

(B) If any provisions in the adopted ordinance is more restrictive than the provisions provided in this chapter, the provisions of the more restrictive ordinance shall apply.
